The Business
We assist homeowners in selling their homes - either paying no commission or
very little commission. We get their houses and properties sold; we save
them a lot of money; we help them sell for more money and we help them
preserve their wealth.

Our Products
Our line up is primarily two products - a Do It Yourself (D-I-Y) kit that sells for $299 and Full Consultant Assist packages that start at $599.

Revenue Streams
Our primary revenue steams come from selling the two kits mentioned above directly to Home owners, the referral fees earned from third parties who assist home owners in the sale of their homes such as Mortgage Brokers, and from local retail sales in which you act as the local distributor.

The Industry
The industry is called the For Sale By Owner (FSBO) or Seller Assistance industry. This industry is presently in a huge growth phase, growing in the double digits annually. The growth is attributed primarily to 4 events. 1 The internet making it easy for people to access information, 2 The cost of housing makes it unreasonable for 5% and 6% commissions, 3 The overall population being smarter, 4 First class alternatives to traditional Real Estate like Home SellerPak. The US market size for FSBO is already in excess of 26%. Some states like Florida are already at over 40%. In Canada the private home sales market is estimated at 16% and growing rapidly each year at double digit growth.

Market Size
Roughly 1 in 10 homes are listed For Sale each year. That means in a city of 100,000 homes, over 10,000 homes will be listed this year. For 2007 The Toronto Real Estate Board listed approximately 160,000 properties in 2007, and that is only in the GTA. Add on the approximately 16% that listed privately, another 30,000 homes. That puts the GTA market size at around 190,000 homes listed For Sale annually.

Our Story
In 2006 we set out to build the best For Sale By Owner Company in North America. We looked at what was out there and said we had to be better by a factor of 5. We believe we achieved that. First we assembled a talented group of professionals from diverse industry backgrounds primarily marketing and media. We built the best web site, produced the only packaged product in the industry and lead the industry with innovative and unique product offerings and systems to run the business. In 2007 we began selling online. In 2008 we begin the roll out of having Licensees in communities who will provide our complete product line up to home sellers everywhere.

Our Goals
Our goal is to be the clear industry leader the way Tim Horton's is to Coffee, Re/Max is to traditional Real Estate and Shoppers is to Drug Stores. By focusing on being clearly better than the rest, success and financial gain follow. The early stake holders of all these companies have done very well for themselves. The Opportunity
The opportunity is for you to become the Exclusive Licensee of the HomeSellerPak brand in an Exclusive Territory. It's your business. You own it, run it and you benefit from it. There are No Royalties. The more you sell the more profit you earn and the better you do. All the up side is yours.

Our Role
Our role is to train you; assist you; help you build the brand locally; help you build the business and help you be as profitable as possible. We sell you the product, we manage the brand, we manage the advertising and marketing, we provide the systems and we look for ways to always be improving the business and the experience for our customers and our Licensees.

Your Role
You are the face of the business to the customer. You are the sales person; you are the customer service; the expertise; you are Home SellerPak in your town, city or community.

Skills and Knowledge you should have
The ideal candidate Licensee should like dealing with people, possess a business, real estate, sales or customer service background. You should be self motivated, a self-starter and be determined to grow a business and your income. A post secondary education is desired but not necessary in all cases. You will need strong computer and internet skills.

How you get your Business

Overview of Licensee Financial obligations with Licensor
One Time License and Training Fee…19.98 cents per house in the territory, minimum $4995
Opening Advertising Budget…20 cents per house in territory - for direct mail promotion
Initial Products and supplies…approximately $1000 per 25,000 homes

Ongoing Monthly Fees payable to Licensor
License Fee Monthly - 1.2 cents per month per house in territory - 25,000 homes = $300 monthly
Advertising Fee Monthly - 1.6 cents per month per house in territory - 25,000 homes = $400 monthly

Training and Ongoing support

Act Now!
As Territories are exclusive there are only 240 territories available in all of Canada, each city, town and community being exclusive to only 1 Licensee. If you want to be that Licensee for your community act now!

A $1000 deposit will put your name on the territory while we do our due diligence on you to make sure you are the right person for our business. This takes less than a week. If we do not accept you we will refund your deposit. You can be open for the busy spring market if you act immediately.
