Part Time - Full Time

If you love dealing with people and love Real Estate - why not become your neighborhood HomeSellerPak Consultant? No license is required, and we train you to be apart of the Real Estate Industry where you can deal with great people and make an excellent living for yourself.

You can do this Part Time or Full Time.

Selling Role
You will contact those who are considering selling their home or property and show them the HomeSellerPak program. You will show them all the benefits of HomeSellerPak and with having you as their private consultant. Once you have signed the client up, you will take pictures of their property, post their listing online, put their signs up, give them an hour or so of training and provide them the rest of the package as well as your phone number to contact you for questions and expert advice.

Leads
Your leads and clients come from a variety of sources:

Orders placed with our head office
Delivering flyers
Previous sales
Calling private sales in newspapers and from websites
Driving around seeing private For Sale signs
Expired Real Estate listings
Friends and relatives
Community networking
Social and business networking

Background Experience
We prefer people with any of the following past experiences:

Ex-real estate agent
Mortgage broker
Home stager
Sales person
Home appraiser
Business background
Past HomeSellerPak client
Home flipper
Sold your own home previously
Real Estate "expert"

This position is ideally suited for any of the following:

Ex-Real Estate agents who have left the industry for a variety of reasons, but would love to get back in at a different level
Hard working person who loves to talk to people and wants to make an above average full-time income
Seniors who want to work a few hours per week doing the odd deal
Home makers who want to add extra income to their household
Home stagers who are already out talking to people about selling their homes and who want the added revenue line as well as additional leads for their home staging
Mortgage broker who is already talking to people about their homes can add this as a second revenue stream as well as a lead source for additional mortgages
Home appraisers who are already visiting people who are thinking of selling and who like the additional revenue stream as well as provide additional leads for appraisals
Shift workers like nurses, fireman, police looking to supplement their income
University and College students looking for experience and wanting to earn extra money
Anyone looking for that perfect part time job that works around your first job
Anyone in a minority group who is bilingual and can assist other community members selling their home
Anyone looking to become more involved, get out of the house and make some extra money

Training
We provide you with complete training as well as ongoing support; you are never alone.

Up Front Cost
There is an investment in product ranging between $249 - $1000 for your business start up kit. We will grant you complete resale rights to the product and give you a professional start. We provide training, flyers, promotional material, business cards and a HomeSellerPak jacket or golf shirt as well as all the support you require.

You must have
You must have a computer with internet access, a digital camera of 3MP or higher and a cell phone.

You must be
You must be well groomed, intelligent, can use a computer and the internet, are socially outgoing and have no criminal record.
