At SellerPak, we're happy to tell you that it isn't HomeSellerPak vs. Real Estate Agents. We can work together for the benefit of all. Any good situation is a win-win situation. And in our Brokers and Agents Protected program it can be a win for you as the agent, a win for the client and a win for us at SellerPak.

Our goal is to help home owners sell while saving the most money possible, which primarily is the elimination of the Listing Agent fee. Yes, if they can sell without any commission and get the most money for their house, that is even a better situation for a HomeSellerPak client. Nonetheless with the large numbers of buyers, buyer agents like yourself work with, it is reasonable to expect you may have the right buyer for our HomeSellerPak customers. Just as we may have the right property your buyer is dreaming of; why not work together.

We teach our clients how to work with Real Estate agents including reasonable commissions for buyer agents and how to sign a Brokers and Agents Agreement. This agreement is one that protects agents' commissions and guarantees the agent gets paid when they bring a buyer as well protects them against Agent client scooping. The agreement is shown below.

You will recognize our customers who are willing to co-operate with buyer agents by the blue "Buyers and Agents" sticker on their signs as well as the "BAW" (Buyers' Agents Welcome) symbol on their listings.

Clients who do not have this symbol on their SellerPak online listing or sticker on their sign ask that you respect their wishes not to be contacted or solicited.

We have a Real Estate Agent notification system of new listings in your area so you can be the first to know about new listings from HomeSellerPak clients willing to work with Buyer Agents. By clicking "Join the Brokers and Agents Protected Program" link, you can join the program to be notified. An email will be sent weekly to the email address you provide us. It will include a list of properties that offer a Buyer's Agent commission, and the amount of commission they are willing to pay. All properties will lie within the radius you request.
